Why You Should Book Aqua Class on Celebrity Cruise Lines
We sailed the Celebrity Reflection for our 5th anniversary and we booked an Aqua Class cabin. The Aqua Class cabins are described as offering spa-themed perks such as a spa shower, plush bathrobes and slippers, an aromatherapy diffuser, pillow menu, and extra fancy toiletries. Since it was our 5th anniversary, we decided to splurge and book one of these cabins instead of the standard balcony cabin. I think it’s safe to say, we are never going back to a standard balcony after staying Aqua Class on Celebrity Cruise Lines!

Cabin
All Aqua Class cabins are balcony cabins and located on the upper decks away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the cruise ship. Like I said above, you receive extra amenities in your cabin like plush bathrobes and slippers and a pillow menu (who knew?) but you also receive fresh cut flowers in your room, upgraded Egyptian cotton sheets, fresh fruit delivered daily, afternoon canapes, extra hair dryer and a Celebrity tote bag. The bathroom also features a spa like shower head, spa toiletries, and a fog-free mirror.
Dining: Blu Restaurant
Instead of eating in the Main Dining Room, when you stay Aqua Class, on Celebrity Cruise Lines, you have your own private restaurant called Blu. Blu is located on Deck 5 and is near a lot of the specialty restaurants. Instead of having an assigned dining time, you can visit Blu whenever is convenient for you for breakfast or dinner. When you walk-in, you will be seated at a table for two or four (however many are in your party). You will not be seated with strangers like in the Main Dining Room which can be a pro and a con – it’s nice when you want to have an intimate dinner together but Brian and I also like the social aspect of the Main Dining Room.
Blu’s menu consists of healthier, lighter fare to go along with the whole “spa” experience. Each item is cooked a la carte and includes only the freshest ingredients. Some of my favorites were Lobster Tail, Chilean Seabass, and Slow Roasted Prime Rib. Dining in Blu makes you feel like you are dining in a specialty restaurant every night with their attention to detail and quality of ingredients.
Persian Garden & Relaxation Room
As part of Aqua Class, you get unlimited access to the Persian Garden & Relaxation Room as well as a special VIP tour of the spa. The Persian Garden is 883 square feet of tiled beds that are curved and heated where you can sit and have a relaxing peaceful retreat from the rest of the cruise ship. The Persian Garden also includes a sauna and steam room as well as tropical showers.
