Chicken Sage Sausage Breakfast Patties
These chicken sage breakfast sausage patties are absolutely delish! Since starting Paleo, I love having scrambled eggs in the morning on the weekends (I would have them everyday of the week if I could get my act together faster before work!) What pairs well with eggs besides bacon? Sausage!
I use ground chicken in this recipe but it would equally delicious with ground pork. I use a combination of sage, ginger, nutmeg, thyme and onion to form the patties to give them a nice robust flavor. You could definitely eat these by themselves or if you are anything like me, you will have them along side a nice big plate of scrambled eggs!
